I come to art with a perspective shaped by my journey. I was born in Germany and have called Virginia home for almost 20 years. As a mechanical engineer, I’ve spent much of my life designing automation equipment. That background influences my artistic process, which blends precision with imagination. I paint in a pixel-like style that transforms representational subjects – like a face or a bridge – into abstract, textured forms. These layered surfaces aren’t just visually dynamic; they radiate energy, inviting you to connect deeply with each piece.

The "why" behind my work is simple: I want to create art that resonates with your soul, sparking memories, emotions, and conversations. My first portrait was of my twin sister, and that connection to family, self, and the stories we carry is at the heart of everything I create.
